You are invited:
Wolfville Skating Club presents it 47th annual ice show on March 4, 2017 to show families and friends 
what our skaters have learned during the year.  This year’s theme is Alice in Wonderland. The event is by free will donation and there will be a 50/50 draw. 
 
Parent and Skater info: 
 WHO:   ALL skaters are invited to participate, but it is not mandatory! If your skater is not
going to participate, please let us know!
 
WHEN: ~10:15-11:15am
 
WHAT:  Each group of skaters will perform a routine that will be practised during lessons.
Basic costumes will be worn and there will be music to accompany the performances. At the
end of the show, all skaters will skate around together, followed by some presentations, and
finally some refreshments.
 
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us by email, phone or in person at the arena on Saturdays from 8:00-11:15 am.

 Pre-CanSkateProgram

 

The Pre-CanSkate program is the pre-cursor to the CanSkate program and is for skaters with little to no skating experience. Once skaters complete the skills in the Pre-CanSkate program, they will be ready to move up to CanSkate. This program is half an hour in length and there are two times available to ensure a higher coach to skater ratio.

Fee: $180 for 18 sessions October-March

Ages: 3-4 year olds

A:10:15-10:45 am

B:10:45-11:15 am

 

 CanSkate Program 

 

The CanSkate program is for skaters of any age and offers instruction on the fundamental skating skills. Skaters in the CanSkate program will develop skills applicable to hockey and ringette, figure skating, speed skating, and recreational skating. The program is based on three fundamentals: balance, control, and agility and is broken up into 6 stages. The program is designed to promote continuous movement while skaters are having fun!

Fee: $240 for 18 sessions October-March

Ages: 5 years and up

 STARSkate Development + STARSkate Program

 

The StarSkate Development program is for skaters working on stages 4 and above in the CanSkate program and want to continue into figure skating. The StarSkate program is for those working on their StarSkate levels. 

Fee: $320 for 18 sessions October-March

CanSkate level 4 and up
